1. Product Overview
This UNS S31803 duplex stainless steel concentric reducer is a high-performance butt-weld pipe fitting manufactured strictly in accordance with ASTM A815 standard. Different from ordinary 304 and 316 stainless steel reducers, duplex S31803 material possesses dual-phase microstructure of ferrite and austenite, providing much higher mechanical strength, excellent chloride stress corrosion resistance and superior pitting corrosion resistance. The whole fitting is precisely formed with smooth inner and outer surfaces, uniform wall thickness and no deformation. The professional butt-weld bevel end ensures perfect welding connection, tight sealing and zero leakage under long-term working conditions. It greatly improves the stability and safety of pipeline systems in corrosive environments, making it more durable and reliable than conventional stainless steel pipe reducers.
